From what I recall, she was sort of correct: statistically, they had improved a lot.
That’s like saying you’ve hit 20% less people with your car this year. I suppose that’s technically an improvement but the goal is a lot more significant than that.
Ok, so is the progress made useless or insignificant then? If we can’t fix the problem in one go we just shouldnt bother or recognize it?
