And probably more importantly, people scream at the top of their lungs in NYC all the damn time, New Yorkers DO. NOT. RESPOND. YOU DO NOT LOOK. YOU IGNORE. Eye contact is a great way to get assaulted by a homeless person who is possibly dealing with psychosis.
