The rules for social media that work great for me are:
- 75% of the time that I think need to comment, I actually don’t need to say anything. I delete my comment and move on.
- once a comment is made, there will not be any reply to further comments. There’s nothing to gain from a back and forth. I’ve made my point, the other guy has made his point. Move on. The only exception will be purposeful invited questions (e.g. helping someone with solving a gaming related problem, answering a specific question regarding my home server, etc).


The higher-end the product, the more malnourished and not-happy the model must look.
Only models for low priced products can eat and smile.
